A. We can accept a return if the item has not been worn. We will always attempt to provide a replacement where possible; if an exchange is unavailable or unwanted, we will offer a refund.

A. We charge a small restocking fee of £5.00, which applies to both exchanges and refunds. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Q. Is Postage Refundable?
A. If an item has been returned for a refund because we have made a mistake or there is a fault with the item, we will refund both the auction/Buy It Now price and the original cost of postage. If the item is without fault or is as-described, only the auction/Buy It Now price (less the restocking fee — see above) will be refunded, as we cannot reclaim postage costs from Royal Mail.
