The item must be returned & received in its original selling condition. You will be required to fund the cost of the return via a secure postage service i.e. - insured (proof of posting can be obtained). FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED ITEMS
All items are inspected prior to posting. However should a problem occur we will endeavor to solve the situation promptly. We request you inform us by email in the first instance. We will resolve any problems within the first 28 day’s of purchase. Assuming normal wear/tare has occurred. After this period of time all problems should be dealt with according to the manufacturers guarantee procedure.
