  Fun Fancy Dress Ltd is a family run business based on the sunny south coast in Poole, Dorset.

We have been trading online for over two years now and are going from strength to strength each year. We stock a wide range of costumes and accessories and hold all items in stock, ready to post. We have access to thousands of different fancy dress outfits, so if there is something that you want which isn't listed, please ask and we will make an eBay listing available for your specified item.

All business sellers on eBay have to allow you to return your items for a full refund, so long as you notify the seller within 7-14 days. This is UK law and applies to most buy it now sales, if a business seller states in their listings that they do not accept returns, do not buy from them. You are protected by the distance selling regulations.

The most common reason for returning your order is due to sizing problems. Costumes generally come up a little larger than normal clothing.

We would recommend if you are unsure, to call us on 01202-606492 as we have tried most items on ourselves and have a very good idea of the "real" fit.

If your costume doesn't fit and you would like an exchange, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange this for you.

If you simply change your mind about your costume and it is still sealed and unworn (you can of course try it on), you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Again, please contact us so that we can arrange this for you.

The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs where the costume is not faulty. We would also recommend you returning your item via a trackable delivery service such as Royal Mail Recorded Signed for.
