Processing Time

• All items are shipped from our facility FOUR (4) business days from the date payment is received (excluding e-checks).   Please be patient as this processing time is necessary because we ship more than 25 Rolex watches every day and we want to prepare each shipment with the very best care...it also gives us time to weed out the fraudulent payments from the bad guys.   My apologies for the inconvenience, but this strict shipping policy comes from being burned.

• Domestic insured shipping is $40.00, with each additional item adding only $1.00. Next Day Domestic Shipping is available upon request at actual cost.
• Canadian insured shipping is 80.00, with each additional item adding $1.00.
• International insured shipping is $80.00, with each additional item adding $1.00.

Return Privilege

If it does not put a lump in your throat, you can send it back for a full refund. NO HASSLES, NO QUESTIONS, NO REASONS needed---just let us know within 3 days of receiving your item and then promptly return it via insured shipping. We are not like other dealers where you must wait weeks or months to see the credit or refund. We process all of our returns each weekend and your PayPal account will be credited no later than 3 business days of that weekend. Also, unlike most retailers, we will not deduct a restocking fee. We will refund 100% of the winning bid amount. The risk is ours--- not yours!

• Authenticity is guaranteed! Every Rolex has been thoroughly examined and authenticated by our Rolex certified watchmaker, guaranteeing it will arrive in the same condition as described.
• Box and papers are not included with any item except when noted in the description. As with most preowned watches, the original box and/or papers are not available because they were not retained by the original owner.

• We never guarantee that any of the watches we sell are waterproof or water resistant unless the watch is "Brand New" and manufactured to be as such. Since we primarily sell pre-owned wristwatches we have no way to be certain whether the watch has retained the original waterproofing or resistance it may have had when new.
