Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All returns must be made within 14 days of original date of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All returned or exchanged items must be sealed in the same condition. Please inspect your purchase carefully.

Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. We will replace the defective item right away or will give full refund.

How do I return an item?

• To return an item you must contact Customer Service for prior approval and obtain an RMA number.
• All returned or exchanged items must be in same condition.
• For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
