We're an established and genuine UK based company offering quality items at prices far cheaper than the high street.

We have built our business by offering exceptional levels of customer service. Problems do happen in life, but please always contact us and we will sort anything out for you in a professional and timely manner.

Please ensure you read the auction description fully. We put detailed information regarding condition, warranty, contents etc in all of our auctions.

REGISTERED E-BAY E-MAIL ADDRESS. Please make sure this is correct as our systems use this address to send all communications to you. 

The E-Bay message system does not have the functionality to allow us to send invoices and tracking information. 

Please also ensure you have checked your Spam / Junk E-Mail folders if you think you have not heard from us. In particular, ISP's such as Hotmail are notorious for filtering perfectly genuine E-Mails to these folders.

Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card via PAYPAL ONLY, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer and Cheques. Once an auction finishes our system will send an Invoice with detailed payment information to your REGISTERED E-BAY E-MAIL ADDRESS. Please make sure the e-mail address you have registered is correct.

Cheques take 4 working days to clear, this means that if a cheque is banked on a Monday, it will clear at Midnight on Friday. Weekends & Bank Holidays are not classed as Working Days.

Once an item is shipped our warehouse will e-mail you with the delivery details. Most shipments can then be tracked on-line.

INVOICE & WARRANTY - As a fully registered UK Limited Company, we will issue a full VAT Invoice which is e-mailed to you as a PDF document at the time of despatch. The invoice will also show the warranty associated with the product purchased. 

Please keep this as it is your proof of purchase and will be needed should you ever need to register a warranty claim.

Shipping

All goods are usually shipped within 5 WORKING DAYS of cleared payment being received. Many items are actually shipped within 24 hours. Quoted delivery is for UK MAINLAND only, please e-mail for N.Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands etc.

We only ship to addresses with UK Postcodes, all items are shipped to the address you have provided on E-Bay / PayPal.

All items will require a signature on receipt so please ensure someone is available to accept delivery.

On larger goods such as TV's the courier driver may require someone to help.

Once shipped, goods are normally on a NEXT WORKING DAY service and are usually delivered between 8am and 6pm. Saturday / Sunday & Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

If you require a Saturday or AM delivery please e-mail for a quote as our couriers have a surcharge of around £15 for these services.

Warranty & Return

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded. However we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.

We want all of our customers to be delighted with the product purchased. Unfortunately items do get knocked in transit and can arrive faulty or damaged. We will EXCHANGE any product at OUR EXPENSE should this happen within the first 30 days of purchase.

If a problem is found within 30 days of purchase, please e-mail directly to warehouse@bestpricetrading.com - they will contact you and arrange to have the problem sorted out for you.

WARRANTY 

We always state within our auctions the warranty associated with any product. Should an item become faulty within the stated warranty period, and after our 30 day exchange / refund scheme, the item will usually need to be returned to us as the dealer. We will then arrange a repair with the appropriate manufacturer / service centre and return the item to you. The item is returned to us at your expense-we will return the repaired item to you at our expense.

DESCRIPTIONS - All of our descriptions are as accurate as possible, as most are taken directly from the manufacturers manual or product literature. E&E0.

PICTURES - Most pictures are generic of the item described. We try to be as accurate as possible with the pictures used, but please be aware that manufacturers do at times change the appearance of a product during its' manufacturing cycle.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service.
