Insurance
Insurance up to £32 is included in the above services.
Items over £32 in value will require additional insurance or an alternative postal service.
Insurance Claims
Subject to the scheduled delivery times for each service, please e-mail as soon as you have any concerns regarding late arrival. ‘Damaged in transit’ claims should be made immediately on receipt.
UK claims are processed by Royal Mail within 2-4 weeks.
Overseas claims can take up to three months to complete because Royal Mail are waiting for overseas postal administrations to respond to their enquiries.
Multiple Purchases & Combine Packaging
We are happy to combine purchases into one package subject to the maximum size and weight for each service. If the discounted details are not given on the listing, please e-mail or telephone me before placing your bids.
Returns
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your item, please e-mail me within 7 days of receipt, detailing your concerns and I will do my utmost to rectify the matter to your satisfaction. I reserve the right to deduct the appropriate fees should the reason for return be other than a 'not as listed' complaint.
