Delivery Dates 

We aim to deliver all of our items within 5 working days unless stated otherwise on the specific advert. Some popular items are sold in advance and the dates alter on the website this is because shipments have sold out and we have moved to the next available shipment. 

Delivery Charges.

Our FREE deliveries are for Mainland UK only and excludes the Scottish Highlands and the following postcodes AB,DD,IV,KY,PH,PA, these are available at an extra cost. Please contact us for a quote.

If you are purchasing any items to be delivered outside the UK mainland please contact us as we can arrange for transport to a UK port for onward shipping or recommend a European courier.

All items can be delivered within 5 working days of full payment unless clearly stated otherwise on the individual advert.

Next working day delivery can sometimes be arranged for most products depending on stock position, at an extra charge (dependant on time of order) please contact us for prices if you require this service.

Upon placing an order please ensure we have a daytime contact number so that we can speak to you to arrange a suitable delivery date for your purchase.

Smaller items will be dispatched within Two working days via Parcel Force 48 hour delivery.

Larger items we will contact you by phone or email to arrange a suitable day Monday - Friday to accept delivery.

Depending on location and at our own discretion some larger items will be delivered by our own staff on one of our own vehicles. 

Alternatively, it may be dispatched via a courier company, to ensure that during this form of transit the furniture does not get bumped or damaged in any way, these items are dispatched via a wooden pallet which your item will be strapped to. Upon delivery the driver will only be able to manoeuvre the pallet to a suitable flat concrete surface ( for example a driveway /garage etc ). 

If you are not at home, delivery refused or aborted for whatever reason, for a pre arranged delivery/ collection we reserve the right to charge a second delivery charge to re-deliver your order as our FREE DELIVERY obligation only stands for the first delivery attempt. Larger cabinets, outdoor and conservatory furniture the price, for a guide only, will be around £49.99. Smaller cabinets and baskets will be around £9.99.

If you wish to change the delivery date once it is agreed then please give us no less than 48 hours notice prior to delivery. 

All of our items are shipped fully insured, however please ensure you read the section below as without this procedure being followed the insurance would become invalid.

Upon receipt of your item please note that in signing for the item your are signing as received in good condition we strongly suggest (where possible) that you open your parcel in front of the delivery driver to ensure no damage has occurred. Should the unforeseen happen and there be any signs whatsoever of damage please refuse to accept delivery and ask the driver to return the product. Unfortunately if this procedure is not adhered to in full this would invalidate any insurance.
