All our beds are measured from corner to corner on the bed cover before the inner cushion is inserted. Therefore, particularly with a puffy cushion inner, the dimensions will effectively be reduced. We recommend that you measure your dog whilst lying down and add a couple of inches either side for small to medium dogs and extra for large ones. If in doubt, please choose a larger size. NB some dogs do not find a puffy cushion attractive - if this is the case with your dog, please choose a mat type bed.
Where waterproof fabric has been used please bear in mind that these are designed for minimum of ease for the pet owner. If you wish to use in places where water gathers or if your pet is severely incontinent we respectfully suggest that you purchase a bed with sealed seams which are made especially for this purpose. Our inners have eyelets or small air vents.
Where we have indicated that a fabric is rip and tear resistant, this is so for normal use only. Please remember that dogs can chew through leather shoes and as such, we can not accept any responsibility where a bed has been subjected to such use
Photos are to the best of our ability. If you are matching to a specific colourway, please send a SAE for a sample before bidding
We are more than happy to refund on unwanted items as long as the item is in its original packaging and is unused. All statutory rights will be honoured but please be aware that the postage amount will not be refunded on items purchased in error. Please would you therefore consider and measure carefully to ensure that the item is suitable for the use you require it. Pet beds are often heavy items and therefore costly to post.
