The following Terms & Conditions for return are fair, honest and upfront. If you do not agree with them then please do not purchase, we would ask you to purchase elsewhere.
Returns need to be authorised prior to sending.
For all returns please telephone us on 0844-884-2776, or message us with a contact telephone number. If phones are off or outside business hours, please leave a message and we will call you back.
Change of Mind:
We will accept "change of mind" returns strictly within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned back to us at the buyers expense and in NEW condition, unused & complete with all accessories, instructions, packing etc.Please note that the original shipping fee is not refunded, but we do not charge a re-stocking or administration fee.
Faulty Items:
Where a manufacturers warranty does not apply eg. manufacturer repair or manufacturer exchange, we will accept faulty goods back for a refund. Guarantees are dependant on the individual product. As a guideline, lifestyle products would have a 90 day limited warranty, electronics - 12 months, consummables - damage on delivery only. Guarantees only apply where the product has been used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines. Abuses or damage to the product are not covered. In all cases, the return of the product must be approved by us first. The shipping of the product back to us is non-refundable, neither is the original shipping fee. All returns will be screened for the fault, once confirmed a refund will be processed via the original method of payment.
Where an accessory or a consumable related to an item is faulty, we may ask you to send just that one accessory for us to change if available or we may ask for it all back.
Please note that we do not supply parts,engineers or spares, we are a small business and do not have the resources of much larger businesses for that type of back-up service.
Damage on Delivery or Dead on Arrival.
If the item you have ordered arrives damaged or is faulty upon delivery, we will exchange the product at our expense. This only applies when the item has been reported damaged/dead within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot claim for damage from a courier passed the 24 hour deadline. We will require digital pictures of the contents damaged together with pictures of the packaging. We ask you to sign for the delivery as "goods received unchecked". In the case of damage we may not be able to exchange your product immediately, as sometimes couriers will require the product to be available at the delivery point for their inspection.
Misdescribed:
If we have sent you an incorrect product, or if the item was misdescribed eg. The description advertised a blue item, but you received a red item...we will exchange the product at our expense.
Please note that it is you responsibility as the buyer to check the goods when received to ensure that they are in satisfactory condition.
Although European guarantees will apply for our European customers, the above applies to all buyers based in the UK and delivered to UK addresses. European buyers be aware that shipping costs back to us are higher.
We apologise to those customers where the above seems harsh in some areas but we live in a world where there are increasing levels of abuse from a minority of people on our former liberal exchange policy. We intend to be farely strict on the above, so please be aware of these terms when purchasing. |
