We strongly recommend using PayPal, this helps to protect both the buyer and ourselves. You can make payments either using a registered PayPal account or you may pay via credit/debit card via PayPal without a PayPal account.    We do accept cheques & postal orders for orders over £25. Please note that goods are not despatched until funds have cleared which usually takes between 7-10 days for cheques. We can despatch immediately on receipt of a Postal Order or Bankers Draft.    Please note that PayPal echeques take 7-10 days to clear and again goods are not despatched until funds have cleared.

We are an established UK based Fragrance & Cosmetic company. All our products are purchased from UK licensed & authorised wholesalers. We do not purchase any stock from outside the UK.    All our items are sold in the exact same condition as if you purchased them in a high street store. The only difference is the price! We can offer great discounts as we do not have the high overheads as the high street stores so we are able to pass over this cost saving to our customers!    We only sell 100% authentic products, we do not sell imitations and all our items come with a 14 day returns policy so you can shop with confidence!

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.    If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven days before submitting payment. Returns

We do have a 14 days returns policy so if you decide you wish to return the product you may do so providing it is still sealed and in perfect retail condition. Please notify us immediately if you want to return a product to us and we will provide you with the returns address and will refund/exchange your item on receipt.     We cannot refund postage unless the product is damaged or faulty.    Items must be returned within 14 days.
PRODUCT MUST BE UN-OPENED, UNUSED AND PACKAGING MUST NOT BE BROKEN OR DAMAGED     We comply with all distance selling regulations and your statutory rights are not affected.
