Next Day Delivery: Parcelforce items that are bought and paid for before 1.30pm are normally dispatched that day for next day delivery.

Alternative Addresses. We’re happy to deliver to an alternative address - just let us know when you are at the check-out screen.
Couriers. If your item is being delivered by courier please leave us a contact telephone number it helps if the courier has problems delivering your item. Couriers leave a card if you’re not in when they try to deliver. They will try 3 times and if they can’t deliver after 3 times they’ll return the item to us and you’ll be liable for the cost of sending the item by courier again. If you get a non-delivery card from the courier please call them to make suitable arrangements.
Orders placed on Thursday after 1.30pm will be dispatched on Friday, for delivery on Monday. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon will be dispatched on Monday. Saturday delivery can be arranged upon payment of a £10 supplement (this is at cost). Please let me know at the check-out if you would like this facility.

Returns We offer a 7 day returns policy if an item is faulty or not as described. You just need to return it in the same condition as we sent it to you. If it is sent faulty we’ll refund your return postage. If you’ve simply changed your mind that’s fine too – but it’s only fair that you pay the cost of return postage.
