DELIVERY

All packages will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class secure services or Special Delivery. This means that a signature will be required on delivery. If for any reason your package has been damaged and the goods inside are also damaged, please report this to us within 24 hours.

RETURNS POLICY

Items returned for reasons other than faulty must be returned unopened within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be made within 30 days of us recieving the returned goods. Faulty items will be replaced where possible or a full refund issued if an alternative item is not available.
Please contact us to arrange an RMA number and details of how to return. Postage costs will be refunded once the item has been returned, identified, checked and deemed faulty. Items with no fault found will incur a re-delivery charge.
