Delivery
Items paid by Paypal, Postal Order, will usually be despatched within 24/48 hours. Items paid by Cheque will be despatched in 5/7 days, once it has cleared our account.
There is no shipping of items on non working days.
We reserve the right to ship items by the most efficient and economical method.
Insurance on shipping is offered as standard on most of our sales, A proof of dispatch will always be obtained.
Returns
If any faults, other than that described, become apparent within 14 days, you will be offered a replacement, or a refund.
All the original packaging, accessories, and copy of the receipt must be returned.
We will require you to obtain a returns authorisation from us, and this must be included with the returned item.
This applies to defects in manufacture and not damage or misuse.
In the unlikely event of items being returned for a refund, they must be complete with all packing and accessories, a charge will be levied to cover these costs if not returned complete.
We will apply a £10 re-stocking charge if the item returned is not faulty.
We do not refund postage. If this is an issue please do not bid.
