It has 4 big cast iron burners, with a total of 48,000btu cooking power with a very large cooking area ( 81 cm wide x 50cm )

The raised cooking area can be used either as a warmer or for slow cooking.  It has a preperation table one side which will give you plenty of space in which to prepare. On the other side there is a side burner. The cooking level is higher than normal BBQ’s thus keeping your back straight whilst cooking.

The stainless steel double skinned lid is able to act as an oven and the temperature gauge, located on the lid will enable you to keep the BBQ   accurately at the desired temperature. 

This is the only BBQ on the net which has double skinned doors and are 18mm thick
