Mary Magdalene, when incarnate, was the companion of Jesus Christ. 'Companion' is a word translated from Aramaic and Hebrew ancient words, which at the time, meant the equivalent of what we would today call 'Common-Law wife'; more than just today's Western World meaning of 'companion'.
My wife, Jill has trance-channelled Mary Magdalene on 3 occasions. Once in August 2007, when Mary wanted to speak to me; once in September 2007, to give us this special meditation; and in November 2007, when she had an audience at our first Pleiadian Master Class. Mary talks to Jill regularly.
Mary Magdalene told me personally, through Jill, that she had two children to Jesus Christ (Now an Ascended Master called Lord Sananda.). She bore twin girls and named them Sarah and Evangelina. Mary told us her body was moved to Tibet, away from Holy Grail hunters.
This is a transcript of the message she gave us, before giving us this meditation:-
Mary Magdalene:
Hello! It is my pleasure to speak with you today; and I bring forth knowledge and wisdom, to help you continue to manifest yourself in the light, so that you may continue to be held in the heart of God, light, the one conscious energy.
Today, we wish to talk to you about the importance of grounding. Why should you take time to ground yourself, you may well ask? The answer is, that to be grounded, is to be secure, strong and well-balanced. Without ensuring that your basic physical, emotional and spiritual needs are met, you cannot hope to experience life in a well-balanced manner.
When a child is born, it is the parent’s responsibility to ensure the baby survives, by providing the child with the proper nutrition, shelter and love. When a child is brought up with these things, it is able to focus its attention more towards experiencing and exploring the world around it. However, when a child is not able to grow up in this manner, you will find that it breeds a child that is afraid of, and resists, the demands of human survival.
One of the ways in identifying imbalances in grounding in adults, is that they will have trouble settling into anything. They will often struggle with weight issues, and be insecure about being assertive in situations that are not to their benefit.
When a human, whether a child or an adult, is criticised; it affects their root chakra’s flow of energy. Anyone who has been neglected, physically or emotionally threatened, and this includes premature babies (for a child loses valuable bonding time with the mother, whilst in an incubator) is struck at the core of the root chakra. This can bring about trials and tribulations, that will upset the balance of energy for the rest of that soul’s life; unless they become aware of their energy and their connection to God, light, the one conscious energy; and are able to recognise an imbalance of their energy.
Other indicators of none-grounding (root chakra energy imbalances), can be that, if the energy flow is blocked, or hindered, by not being allowed to flow through the body in a natural rhythm, you can experience and create a reality, where no matter what you do, everyone, and everything in time, lets you down. You may well go around asking yourself, why does this happen to me? You will harbour cowardly behaviour, and feel unable to stand on your own two feet, should you be challenged by anyone.
If, on the other hand, your grounding is absorbing too much energy, you will find that you are drawn to material possessions. You will often feel the need to ask how much something costs, or what it is worth. You will require a regimental routine of daily chores, to give you a sense of security. You will not be able to abide anything that does not have routine and structure to it. So much so, that you are rooted to a particular way of life.
As energy, you are a part of the planet Earth. You are a part of your solar system; and you are a part of your universe, which in turn is part of other universes. All are interconnected. The Earth’s gravity is what helps you stay connected to your planet. As humans, you have forgotten your connection with planet Earth. No longer do you see the seasons and nature unfolding around you, and sadly, neither do you see that you are all part of a wonderful experience, unfolding, changing and manifesting from one thing to another.
When you take time to ground yourself correctly, you are honouring your connection, not only to planet Earth, but also to the cosmos, God, light, the one conscious energy. When you are grounded, you allow the planet Earth to nurture your body, and keep it tuned into the very environment around you.
Grounding is very important. You could not have become what you are, had it not been for the grounding you had received at school, and from your family. Education is a form of grounding. When you create and desire to build your own home, you cannot build a house, without first preparing the ground. Prepare the ground badly and you will find, sadly, that your house falls down.
Being grounded not only makes you consciously aware of the world around you, but it taps your vibrational energies into planet Earth’s energies, which help you to create firm foundations in life. You’re able to maintain stable relationships, stable immune systems, and you’re able to draw to you, a feeling of positivism about yourself, and your place in the world.
Being ungrounded creates feelings of depression, over-indulgence in food, excessive sleep or insomnia, anxiety, restlessness and stress.
So now you know of these problems, do you recognise any of them within yourself; and if so, how can you overcome them, I hear you ask?
It is no use just pointing out problems, unless you have the solutions. So, how can you ensure that you ground yourself on a daily basis?
I am about to give you a short meditation which will help you ground yourself, and rebalance any energy problems within your root chakra. You can do this meditation outside, weather permitting. Or, you can do this inside, sitting, or lying down; which ever you prefer. Wherever you decide to do this meditation, ensure that it is somewhere where you cannot be disturbed.
So if you are ready, I will begin.
Close your eyes, and just focus on the gentle movement of your chest, as you breathe in and out. Feel your body connecting to the solidity of where you have chosen to meditate. Feel yourself becoming relaxed with each breath you take. Just allow yourself to relax completely, and be aware of any movement or vibration around you......
