Unlike some celebrities (that I won't mention!), I cannot eat whatever I like and stay cat-walk model thin. Just like many, if I over eat and don't exercise, guess what? I pile on the pounds too.

I've never been a big fan of gyms, so I've finally found something that works for me and it could work for you too! My choreographer and I have devised an exhausting, spiritually uplifting and exhilarating dancebody workout which is not only effective, it's fun to do as well.
