All items must be paid for within 7 days.
POSTAGE
I aim to post items within 3 days of payment via paypal or clearance of cheque.
Please add 70p to the postage if you want your item sent by recorded delivery. I always obtain proof of postage and will not be held responsible for items lost in the post.
MULTIPLE AUCTION WINNERS
Feel free to contact me about combining postage costs before you bid - the postage cost includes packaging as well! My decision will be fair and final. If you bid without enquiring about the cost I will still find the cheapest price possible with no negotiation. Please do not pay for your items until I send you an invoice combining the postage costs.
RETURNS - FOR BRAND NEW ITEMS
Any faulty or incorrectly described goods will either be exchanged, or I will give you a full refund, if returned to me within 7 days of receiving item. For any other reasons, I will refund payment (less P&P) at my discretion, provided they are returned in perfect condition within 7 days of receipt.
