Angelsales London’s return policy is as follows: You have up to 3 days after receipt of your order to initiate or report a return of any matter. Your items must reach Us within 7 days from the initiation of the return process. Items received after 7 days will not be accepted for return. We will then refund your order amount less handling fees and the original shipping charges. At Angelsales London we do not charge restocking fee on items returned for a refund.

To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, dust bags, documentation, authenticity cards, and any accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer packaging in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, Angelsales London reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold the credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return:

Simply email us at sales@angelsales.co.uk stating your reason and explanation for the return. We will then email you further return directions within three to five business days. Returns must be received back within 14 days from the original Angelsales London ship date.

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a carrier that offers tracking and insurance. Note that damages due to shipping will be covered by the shipping company insurance and must be taken up with them. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item.

Positive feedback will promptly be given when the item is paid for and the order is activated.
