 A LOVELY HAND-PAINTED RESIN WALL PLAGUE BY MARKS & SPENSER IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. THE PLAGUE IS 31CM TALL AND 15CM WIDE. ORIGINALLY COST £10
Dear Buyer! Please note that all my items are shipped across the water, so while it takes the same time for the mail to reach UK mainland as estimated by Royal Mail for the UK destinations, the postage costs are more expensive. I can only ship items via first class standard/recorded or Special Delivery. All light items are shipped to the mainland via airmail, heavier items will have to go on the ferry and may take a bit longer. So please bear this in mind when purchasing from me and leaving feedback scores. |

All
my items are shipped 3 days a week using first class mail or airmail.
Most items arrive within 2-3 working days, however I do not have any
control over delays caused by the mail services. I'm also not
responsible for lost or damaged items, so choose registered mail
please.
Returns & Refunds
I
will issue a refund only if the item is not not as described. So please
ask all the questions prior bidding, thank you. I always answer emails.
If you do not receive a reply from me, please check your spam folder
& Ebay mail box.
Lost/damaged in transit items.
While
most items arrive at their destination in perfect condition, there are
sometimes cases when items get missing or damaged in transit. This is
why I recommend to use recorded or special delivery which is partially
or fully insured depending on the value of the item - first class
Recorded Delivery provides a non guaranteed next day delivery with an
insurance coverage up to £34, Special Delivery is a next day guaranteed
service with insurance coverage up to £250. Please make sure you choose
the right delivery option for your item/s. If you choose Recorded
Delivery for an item costing over £34, in case of lose or damage, you
will only get a refund of £34 plus postage charge. If you choose a
standard mail, I will not be able to issue a refund, sorry.
All
Registered Mail items require signature on delivery. I always send a
dispatch notification so if you are expecting a package please make
sure there is someone at home to sign for the package. If it's not
possible to be at home, please make sure that you contact your local
sorting office to arrange a collection up, otherwise if your package
remains unclaimed for 7 days it will be posted back to the sender. In
this case I will send your package back as soon as it arrives for an
additional payment to cover the postage costs.
When you will get your refund
Our
Postal Service consider an item lost if it has been missing for 15 days
from the date of posting. After this date if your item still has not
arrived (please notify me), I will file a claim with the postal
services for compensation (for items sent via registered mail
only) which could take up to three weeks for them to process. Once I
receive a refund from the postal services I will refund or send a
replacement (whichever option you choose) immediately. Alternatively,
if you wish to deal with postal services yourself, I'm happy to provide
all the necessary paperwork.
