The majority of goods are despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Post.  Others
via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Other Courier.
As you will see from our feedback, a very high percentage of our customers
receive their goods the next working day, however occasionally the delivery
process can take longer.

If your parcel has not arrived then please check with other members of your
family and neighbours to make sure that they have not taken delivery of your
parcel.  You can also call your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if
they have tried to deliver your parcel.  Please also take a look around the
outside of your house to see if your Post Man has left your parcel in a safe
place, maybe in the garage or inside your porch.

Unfortunately Royal Mail do not deem an item lost until after 14 days following
the date it was sent.  So please do not contact us before this time as we
will not be able to investigate this with them.  If your parcel has still
