RETURNS OR EXCHANGES We stand behind all products we sell as New and free of defects. Please contact us with any questions you might have about an item you want to return or exchange. Please keep all original packing, product packaging material, manuals, warranty cards, etc. All returns Must be made within 10 days of receipt of the item. All defective or exchanged items must obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the item. The package must have the RA# written on the outside of the package prior to returning. No returns will be accepted without this RA#. Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns/Exchanges are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping/handling is non-refundable.
