• Returns / Refunds. Within 14 days from receipt please. If error on our part we will refund in full including cost of return postage. Other returns we will refund purchase price only.

We allow 7 days for payment before sending a reminder, if no payment is made after 14 days we will cancel the sale and raise a dispute to recover our fees, which if unresolved after a further 7 days may lead to an unpaid item strike. We understand if there are genuine reasons for Non-Payment are are prepared to be reasonably flexible.

TANZANITE
It’s one of the most recently discovered gemstones. it has a striking colour which comes in varying degrees of intensity. From a rich, deep blue with a purplish hue to a lovely ultramarine tanzanite comes in a range of tones which can alter in different lights.
If it wasn’t for a lightning strike which caused a fire in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, tanzanite may have remained undiscovered for years to come. The stones are a muted green colour and have to be exposed to intense heat before their radiant colours are revealed. 
Rarer than diamond, tanzanite is a truly special gem. In 2002 it was added to the list of birthstones for December by the American Gem Trade Association - the first to be added since 1912. It’s also recognised as the anniversary gemstone for the 24th year of marriage
Tanzanite is a delicate stone, so treat it with tender, loving care. Keep it in top condition by giving it a quick clean with soapy water and a soft bristle brush every now and again.
