I post all of my items by Australia Post within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment. My digital paintings, photographs and charts are posted flat and well protected. Postage discounts are offered for multiple purchases.

Refunds

Please email me if you have any queries about your purchase. I offer a money back guarantee on all of the items I sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to me within 14 days for a refund (less postage and handling charges). The buyer is responsible for return postage. Please note that you must notify me by email in order for returns to be accepted.

Q. This is one of my favourite horses. What other products do you have available?
A. I can also do acrylic keyrings, drink coasters, trading cards and collector prints featuring the silks of this horse. Email me for further details.

Q. Would you do be able to do a pedigree chart for my horse?
A. I can do pedigree charts for any thoroughbred who has raced in Australia. However, you must be able to supply me with a clear photo of its silks (especially if it contains some kind of picture or logo) in order to have the racing colours featured on the chart. If you do not know the horse's racing colours, this feature can be left off your chart but the price will remain the same.
As a general rule, I can only do pedigree charts for international horses who have won a major race. If you are in any doubt, email me and I will check for you.
