UK Postage:

Most items are sent by Royal Mail First Class Standard, we also offer Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery which can be selected when you pay. Other options such as Royal Mail Special Delivery can be requested (at a higher price) if you want them. Prices stated are for within the UK only!

 

If you buy multiple items from me I can combine them so you save on postage!

In most cases this will be the highest item £ plus 99p for each additional item (always ask for an invoice, as some, heavy, items I can’t combine with others!)

 

 

International Orders:

International Buyers must wait for invoice, before paying, for the correct postage amount. (Please contact me to find out what the postage/shipping cost will be to your country before you bid/buy!)

 

We usually use Royal Mail Airmail for most items as this is quite cheap and will reach most countries within a week. If you want the option of tracking your item, or require a signature on delivery please ask us for Royal Mail International Sign For (this will cost more than airmail, but is more secure!)

We always leave feedback once we have posted your item, please leave us feedback once you’ve received your item :)

 

 

Other Terms and Conditions:

If an item is not paid for, within a week*, you will be sent a reminder and an ‘unpaid item dispute’ will be opened. If you don’t respond within a week of that I can close the dispute and you will get an ‘unpaid item strike’ and the item will get relisted. *If you have a legitimate reason for not being able to pay please contact us to let us know the problem, otherwise we assume you’re just not going to pay.

 

If you do not pay the correct postage stated in the listing (or invoice for international buyers) you will be sent an invoice for the rest. Failing this, we will attempt to send the item for the amount you have paid, but we are not responsible for long delivery times or damage/loss your item may suffer in the post. If an item can’t be sent it is re listed and no refund is given.

 

Combined Postage discounts:

For UK customers*, most items bought within a week of each other can be combined into a single package so you can save on postage.

In most cases this will work out as:

£ Highest postage + 99p for each additional item

However, heavier items with higher postage costs (ie. £3.99 and over) will not follow the +99p rule, but will still be able to be combined for a cheaper postage cost. In any case please ask for a combined invoice for the correct amount! *International buyers can receive discounts too, but, like heavy items, this does not have a simple rule to follow, so please ask for an invoice and I can work it out for you.

 

Returns policy:

In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item, first contact us, to arrange returning the item. Once received we will post the correct item to you and refund you the postage through PayPal only.

If the item arrives in a condition vastly different from how it was described, and we deem it to be our fault, you can return it within a week of receipt. We will send out a replacement, if possible, or refund the price of the item (not including P&P)

In all cases you must contact us first. We offer no compensation for items returned without our agreement.
