The men's Mammut Mount Trail GTX boot is a half-height classic boot made from fine, durable nubuck leather. Suitable for backpacking and even walking & mountain hiking.

A Gore Tex membrane makes the Mt. Trail GTX boots fully waterproof and highly breathable to keep your feet dry and comfortable in all conditions.

The Mammut Mt Trail boots use the integrated Mammut® Motion-Control. This ensures great flexibility and strong lateral support. The high grip, cushioning and perfectly rolling Vibram® MT Traction sole, along with the cushioning memo foam around the tongue and ankle complete this high quality boot.

Ortholite® Footbed Micro

This patented Mammut® technology is an anatomically shaped heel cap which prevents the foot from twisting outwards by means of a reinforced interior. Handling – semi-visible or fully integrated.

Premium quality foam cushioning which is worked into the instep, shin, and ankles of many Mammut® models. The foam has excellent elasticity and returns to its original shape after being subject to intensive loads.

Classy and robust full-grain leather with slight sanding to create the characteristic velvet appearance. Depending on the required finish, nubuck can be waxed, brushed or left untreated.

Heel retention band

The patented Mammut® sole concept with customized support and cushioning to support natural foot roll, and thus prevent fatigue (danger of twisting).

This backpacking sole was developed in cooperation with vibram® and incorporates our patented Mammut® Rolling technology. Flexible ribs and deep tread guarantee safety and abrasion resistance.

Extremely robust, durable intermediate sole wedge of PU (Polyurethane) foam with excellent cushioning properties.

Improved support of the arch of the foot is guaranteed by the use of an inherently stable TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) insert.

Boots Returns Poilcy

We will refund your boots so long as they have not been used outside and would be resalable as new boots.

We will refund on their return should you wish it or we can send others to you to try but the postage charge both ways will be charged to you. The refund will be less the original cost of dispatch to you if this has been charged.

Size Guide

Sizing is not always easy as one make differs from another. The best chance is to go for your normal shoe size as most walking boots come up larger. When you try them put the socks you would use on, push your toes right up to the end of the boot and then try to see if you are able to easily put your index finger down the back between your foot and the back of the boot. If you can do this they should be the right length so your toes will not be banging on the end if you walk down hill. Leave them on your feet for a while. Length is more important than anything else as most other fitting aspects adjust to your feet as you wear them.
