MALVERN - Official Guide 1958
This guide consists of 88 pages of local information, history, lots of photographs, local business adverts and a loose leaf folded street plan. Adverts include: Spreckley's Worcester Ales, Midland Red Passenger Transport, etc.
Published by the Publicity Department of the Malvern Urban District Council. Dated 1958 from a Railway Services announcement in the text, referring to fares.
Stiff card covered booklet, 88 pages plus cover, size approx 13cm x 21cm. Overall good condition, clean, contents good, corners good, spine tight. Cover is worn along spine, few tears & split but still attached to the body of the guide. The lovely colour front picture is repeated on the rear cover.
An excellent item for the local historian, family history researcher and collector.
