This unique property, situated in the most elite quarter of Valletta, is a renovated 400-year-old stable. It boasts high ceilings, with beautiful ornate arches which compliment the Maltese stone walls to provide a wonderfully unique self contained studio / 1 bed apartment.

Having its own front door that leads onto an outside patio area, sets this property apart from any others. It also boasts both a separate shower area and separate toilet, and includes an impressive mezzanine floor which can be accessed by a spiral wrought iron staircase leading to the bedroom area.

It is situated just a short walk to the Grand Harbour and Republic Street, which is in the heart of the city where a variety of different shops, cafes and restaurants can be found.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY...

This property is a self catering studio / 1 bed apartment with an outside patio area at the front of the property. It boasts a separate bedroom area accessed by a wrought iron staircase, separate shower area accessed via a staircase at the back of the property and separate toilet. Sleeps 2 people ( one double bed ) and is non-smoking. It is not suitable for pets or children.
Malta International Airport is 8 Km away and about 10 minutes drive in a taxi.

Facilities include shower with separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, fresh linen and towels.

ABOUT THE PLACE...

Restaurants, theatre, museums, cinemas, wine bars, internet cafe, shops and so much more are available in Valletta alone, and our apartment is a short walk away from them all. 

                  Activities available on the island include Golf, Fishing, Day Cruises, Boating, Sailing, Gyms, Nightclubs, Waterfront cafes, Water-skiing and other Water Sports.

You can also catch the boat over to Sicily for the day - 2 countries for the price of 1!

This auction is a sale for a 3 night stay at our apartment in Valletta, Malta in LOW season and does not include air fare or any travelling. We will also require a breakages deposit of £100 which will be returned at the end of your stay.  More details can be found at
