All goods supplied unless stated includes VAT at 17.5% and will be accompanied with a VAT Invoice for your accounts department. 30% Deposit is required on orders above £250.00 and is none refundable. Goods purchased can only be held for a maximum period of 7 days form reciept of deposit. Full cleared funds must be recieved with seven working days. PAYMENT TERMS: We Accept Bank transfer to an agreed account, cash payment, card payment, cheques, and Paypal. All types of payment recieved must be cleared funds in full before the any goods are dispatched. Business and Personal cheque may take up to 14 working days before shown as cleared as funds in our account.

POSTAGE TERMS:

Additional carriage charge will apply to all goods dispatched outside UK Mainland eg: EU counties, Scotish highland Boarders, Isle of White or any Channel Isle's etc.(Please ask for special rates if you are not sure) Please do not hesitate to email us with any further questions you may have, or you can contact us by phone 01633 676800. Our courier service is supplied by Business Post or Parcelforce. You must be present to sign for you goods. THEY WILL NOT BE LEFT WITHOUT A SIGNITURE . An Additional charge of £1.50 per day will apply if goods are returned to the holding depot should no persons be present to sign for them. We will apply a trace and inform you of the estimated time of arrival. It is the responsability of our customers to take out postage insurance cover. RETURNS:

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee subject to item not being used and returned in their original un-damaged packing. Goods returned without a returns note number will not be accepted. You must obtain a returns number by email. We will not accept returns of none stock or specially ordered item’s. This is simply because most of our suppliers will not accept these items back. When possible, with agreement from our suppliers to accept such returned goods, a handling charge at their discression will apply (To be advised). It is the responsabilty of the customers to return goods to our choice of destination within UK mainland should they be damaged on arrival, under warranty or no longer required. Any goods returned by arrangement may be subject to a handling charge of 25% of the sales value only.

No credit will be given for carriage cost of original sales invoice.


WARRANTY:
We offer a return to base policy only. Should you have received faulty goods please email us before the items are returned. Once you have received a return note number. Please return the item. We will process your claim, and if the goods are found to be faulty, a  replacement will be supplied free of charge (Postage charge will apply). Should however the returned item be damaged or abused no replacement or credit will be given.
