I do combine postage, buy 2 items and the cheapest P+P is FREE, buy 3 items and the 2 cheapest P+P is FREE!! So only ever pay P+P on 1 item! If payment is made by 4.30pm then your item will be sent on day of purchase (not applicable to pre-orders).
All items are sent first class and should arrive on the next working day. However this is not guaranteed. Items will not be sent recorded delivery unless this option has been selected by you when checking out (not applicable to Cricut and Expression machines as these are sent via tracked courier). Where the recorded delivery item has not been selected we will not be held liable for any lost or damaged post. However I always obtain a certificate of posting and therefore any compensation awarded due to loss or damaged post will be reimbursed to you (max claim £36).
In the rare event that your item is not as described on the listing or it is faulty you can return the item within 14 days of receipt. However all returned items must be in original packaging and unused, if this is found to not be the case no refund will be issued or the refund amount will reflect the condition of the returned items. All returns (unless faulty) are subject to a 15% restocking fee and Postage and Packaging costs will not be reimbursed.
