For Bank transfers, please note that all payments made through Barclays will clear immediately, whereas payments from other banks may take up to 4 days to clear.
All payments, no matter how made, must include your ebay username as a reference. Surnames and item numbers are often not enough to identify you, and may be returned if this is the case, so please remember to include it.
If paying with Paypal, we will only send to a 'confirmed' address. If you ask for the item to be sent elsewhere, or pay with an unconfirmed Paypal account, we will not send the item(s) and will wait for you to contact us for a refund or alternative payment options.
This is because of increasing fraudulent transactions with Paypal and the only insurance we are provided by the company is dependent on the customers address being confirmed.
We found this out the expensive way and it is not negotiable, even if you have 50,000 feedbacks at 100%.

Shipping

All of our standard delivery items are sent with proof of postage certificates which we can supply in case of loss or damage to your item in transit.
If you choose this option and your item gets lost, you are requested to make your own claim to Royal Mail with the information we provide. 
We recommend the small extra charge required to use Recorded Delivery which is trackable and comes with insurance, as this enables us to claim on your behalf. 
For high value items, we recommend you choose Special Delivery or Parcelforce 24, and all overseas customers will receive their items with International Signed For Delivery only or Parcelforce International Scheduled Delivery.
We pay a company to store, bag and deliver our items for us, and these costs are reflected in our delivery charges, which are non negotiable and relative to the costs involved for this service.
On auction format sales, multiple purchase postage discount is not available under any circumstances, so please be aware of this before you bid, as it is often reflected in the final sale price and cannot be negotiated.
Collection is only available on wholesale purchases, and all items from BCE and Riley are delivered from the company directly to the customer, we don't store them on site.

All items are brand new unless otherwise stated.
You are entering a legal binding when bidding on our items.
If you fail to complete payment, non paying bidder alerts will be filed and negative feedback left.
Non payment on high value items may be dealt with legally, as will any defaming feedback comments left about UK Sports Warehouse.
Any problems whatosever, please call us first before leaving feedback.
Honest mistakes do happen, and we always try our best to resolve them when they do.
Postage delays are not our repsonsibility so please show understanding at weekends, bank holidays, and during Royal Mail industrial action. 
All of our wholesale eBay listings are exclusive of VAT.

Returns

All items are brand new unless otherwise stated and carry a 7 day return to base warranty.
This means that any problem arising with your purchase must be reported on receipt, and returned to us immediately.
We will not refund any postage costs unless we are certain the item you received was faulty when we sent it, and will only refund items that are returned to us in the exact condition they were sent with original packaging and a note explaining the problem along with your username, item number and contact 
telephone number.
You will be offered a replacement or a refund, but the item value only will be refunded, not the original postage. Please be aware of this before bidding, it is a rare occurance, but it is best that you know beforehand.
Items returned without faults or through purchasing error will be refunded minus a 10% handling fee provided they are returned exactly as sold with all packaging and tags intact.
We will not offer any warranty on items damaged by the buyer.
All of our items are security marked to prevent fraudulent claims, so please ensure any faulty or incorrect returns are the same item you originally received.
Fraudulent claims will result in prosecution.
