Goods are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery.
Models are secure on their display plinth in box which is then bubble wrapped and dispatched in cardboard outer. Overseas shipping of models to Europe only. Please enquire for costs.

We are happy to combine invoices to save on shipping costs. Normal fee for one model is £6.90, two dispatched for £10.00. Please enquire about combining other listed items i.e. models, metal signs.

A full refund will be given, including return postage costs, if we are at fault in describing an item.

If package is damaged in transit, a refund up to the value of the insurance will be provided, but only once we have received compensation from Royal Mail/courier. You must also contact us as soon as the item is received, and return the item to us.

We will also provide refunds, at our discretion when there is nothing wrong with the item, i.e. if you change your mind. However, a refund will only be provided if you contact us within 5 days of dispatch, and agree to the following:
- Buyer must arrange and pay for return postage
- The item must be returned in all its original packaging
- The item must be returned undamaged
- We will refund them the price paid, minus our postage costs and all eBay and Paypal fees.
