The multiple voltage charger can be used anywhere in the world because it is compatible with any mains voltage between 100 to 240V, all you need is the correct adaptor! If you have trouble finding a mains outlet, then you can plug the charger to any 12/24V car, boat or caravan outlet.
Our chargers have sophisticated internal technology to ensure you get state of the art charging such as multiple stage intelligent charging to ensure that your battery is charged at its optimal rate with the exact charge current & voltage that it requires. | Warranty / Returns
Most items come with a 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.
If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay.
If you return your item for any other reason within 7 days from receipt we will refund you less the P&P and 25% re-stocking fee.
Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turn around Monday to Friday.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt YOU must return the item by a “signed for” service; this will provide you with a proof of receipt. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed. | |

Payment
We accept payment by PayPal, Credit or Debit Cards and Postal Orders. We will not entertain payment by personal or business cheque.
By PayPal - We prefer payment by verified PayPal accounts with a confirmed address.
Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you within 1 working day.

By Credit and Debit Card – We can accept payment with your credit or debit card. The card holder must be the person making the payment; items will only be sent to the card holder at their billing address. All payments are processed through a secure and dedicated terminal. | Shipping
All items are in stock and are despatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day.
UK Delivery – Royal Mail 1st Class – normally 1 - 2 working days, but not guaranteed.
Europe & Ireland – Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail – normally 2 – 5 working days, but not guaranteed.
USA, Canada & Rest of the World - Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail – normally 3 – 10 working days, but not guaranteed.
We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 days from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via eBay if your item is lost after the 14 day period. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.

Q: When can I expect delivery of my item?

We dispatch by Royal Mail First Class service; UK customers in most instances you can expect delivery in 1 to 2 working days, but The Royal Mail do not guarantee this. Non-UK customers can expect delivery in 2 to 10 working days, but again is not guaranteed.
Q: My Item is faulty, or I have received the wrong item?
A: We apologise in advance if this happens. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through eBay, so we can help you quickly and efficiently.
