I AM PLEASED TO OFFER FOR SALE THIS HANDSOME FRENCH BACCARAT CLEAR GLASS DECANTER OF OFF-SET SQUARE TAPPERED FORM COMPLETE WITH STOPPER AND IN ITS ORIGINAL GOLD CRESTED, VELVET AND SILK LINED CASE. IT IS IN SUPERB CONDITION. WITH NO MAJOR CHIPS OR FAULTS TO THE MAIN BODY OR STOPPER. A TINY BIT OF WEAR TO THE INNER NECK OF THE DECANTER WITH SIGNS OF SOME LITTLE USE, BUT NOT SEEN AT ALL WHEN STOPPER IS IN PLACE. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL DESIGN BEING AN AOOF SET SQUARE DESIGN BUT TAPPERING TO THE BASE. I FEEL THIS IS A MODERN PIECE BUT HAS SOME AGE. THE BODY AND STOPPER ARE UNMARKED. THE BASE IS MARKED WITH THE 'BACCARAT' PONTIL MARK. IT IS LARGE HEAVY AND VERY IMPRESSIVE. WOULD ADORN THE BEST OF SIDEBOARDS!! WOULD LOOK GREAT IN A MODERN SETTING AND OUZES QUALITY. IT IS APPROX AND JUST OVER 8 INCHES WITHOUT STOPPER AND JUST OVER 9 INCHES WITH.
