Me as a Mother - My Personal Experience
(The following experience was with the French magentic words, but would apply equally well to the German or Spanish ones) 
If you’ve read any of my other listings then you will know that I genuinely believe that Magnetic Words have fired a love for reading and writing in my daughter that I’m sure will be of benefit to her for many years. I cannot recommend the National Literacy and Numeracy sets highly enough! However, as my daughter is not yet 5 I decided she was a little too young for foreign languages (let her get to grips with English first!) so I gave a set of French words to my friend’s little boy as he is 7 and just starting French at school.

Not only did he recognise some of the words but before long he was playing with them (much to his Mother’s surprise!) and making up silly French sentences. He then fetched his English magnetic words and started pairing them up with the French ones. With a little help, he had translated all the words and had them in pairs on his magnetic board.

Within a few weeks he could translate all the words from French to English and most of them from English to French without checking. He had even learnt how to spell some of them.
Not bad for an 7 year old lad who thinks learning is boring!

DELIVERY INFORMATION

P&P is FREE for this item for standard 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery within mainland UK. 1st class and Registered (signed for) postage are also available at a small extra charge (see postal fees below). Sadly, due to a few dishonest buyers, claims for non-delivery of goods (i.e. lost in the post) will no longer be automatically replaced / refunded. However, I obtain proof of posting for all orders and will work with the Post Office to locate your missing goods or obtain compensation from them on your behalf. Please be reassured that I will do everything I can to ensure you receive what you have paid for. Items are dispatched most weekdays (family life permitting!) If you pay for an item before 1pm I can sometimes dispatch the same day. I rarely get to the Post Office on Saturday mornings so if you buy an item on Friday afternoon, please note that it may not be posted until Monday morning. PLEASE CHECK YOUR POSTAL ADDRESS WHEN PAYING!! Items will be posted to your registered PayPal address unless previously agreed otherwise. If this address is incorrect and the item is returned as undelivered you will have to pay the additional postage costs to re-send the item.  However, this will be slightly less than the original postage cost as it will not include packaging. I cannot accept responsibility for the item if it is not returned to me or is lost due to you providing a wrong address. In these cases I cannot offer a refund or send a replacement item.
