What is a 'Newly Overhauled' (NOH) MAGELLAN TRITON GPS?
These are systems that have been returned to Magellan from either an end user or dealer that may or may not have been used. Many of the units Magellan gets back from their larger retailers are actually found to be working fine, but end users have returned them for any number of reasons. Whereas some units do come back with real failures. Magellan therefore takes all these units that come back, tests them out and, if necessary, does repairs to bring them back to "like new" status. Magellan also ensures they have the latest software update. These units are therefore as good as new, but since they have been in the field, cannot be sold as new. Magellan then offers them to their dealers at a discounted price. These systems are not new, but are as good as new.

US Customers:

- The transit time depends on your location, you should receive the merchandise between 2 and 7 business days. We also offer Next Business Day Air service at an additional cost.

Returns
Items can be returned within 10 days of purchase with a 15% restocking fee, provided they are returned in their original undamaged box with all accessories. Defective items will be replaced within 30 days of the original purchase date provided they are returned in their original box with all the accessories. Please check with the manufacturer before contacting us. It has been our experience that many items can be fixed with a quick call to the manufacturers tech support. If there is a part missing in the box the item can only be exchanged for the SAME item you purchased. Software cannot be returned for a refund. All return shipping is paid for by the buyer, international customers have to pay for shipping both ways.
