If the dresses have any problem with the quality, please report immediately upon receipt and no later than 2 days after receipt. No exchange will be allowed if the dress has been worn, washed, damaged or if the label has been removed. Because each dress is made-to-measure, I cannot accept the return of any item just because you made a mistake with the size, colour, style, or material etc. etc.
