Originals. Always. We don't do pirate or any other copies, ever.
As new = as new/mint/flawless/still sealed
excellent condition (ex con) [called 'near mint' by some others] = has been in use without signs of wear/jewel case might have some marks
VG+(+) (very good) [called 'excellent' by some others] = slight(est) signs of use, mostly light/very light hair marks on CD and light(est) wear on corners/edges of booklets/boxes, jewel cases as above
WE ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT THE CD's/DVD's/GAMES PLAY WITHOUT PROBLEMS
In all cases, if the jewel cases are broken/cracked, we replace them before shipment, so, unless you purchase a new or sealed item, the jewel cases could show signs of wear/marks of price tags etc.
Should an item of ours don't fit any of the above classification (which would be a rare exception), the item description would tell you so and not in small print either!
PAYMENTS:
We accept cheques (in UK£), postal orders (in UK£) and PayPal (if you must).
We DO NOT ACCEPT CASH (not even at your own risk) to avoid embarrassment and wasted time on either side of the transaction.
P.S.: No idea what everybody is going on about 'no PayPal fees'.
Of course, we won't charge you anything other than the final auction/shop price + postage
POSTAGE:
Our default postal service is 2nd class standard for UK mainland which, as all other destinations, is covered by Certificate of Posting.
Should you be buying multiple items, please wait for your invoice or drop a mail to avoid refunding later (though we're still happy with that). With 5 or more items, we can reduce postage even more than in the table below.

We usually post at least twice a week: Mondays (Tuesdays in bank holiday weeks) and Thursdays
PLEASE NOTE: Royal Mail are in general very reliable. However, compensation is in all cases paid (or not) at their discretion (standard compensation up to £32) and so,
we cannot be held liable for loss or damage in transit.
So, if you are an overseas customer and want to take no chances, you can insure your item against loss in the post for an additional £3.50; the item will then be sent 'international signed for'.
Within the UK, the offered postal services are normally good enough. In case you want enhanced protection for your item, please contact us for details.
