UK Customers:

All items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery.  We always retain proof of postage and do not accept responsibility for items lost by Royal Mail.  Tracking numbers can be provided upon request.  In the event that an item does not arrive within 15 working days from the expected delivery date, we will make a claim to Royal Mail and you will be refunded the purchase price of the item once reimbursement has been made by Royal Mail.  Postage costs will not be refunded. 

International customers:

We use Royal Mail's Signed For Priority Handling and Registered Mail. This service costs £6 to anywhere in the world and is non-negotiable.  The postage cost for each additional item purchased is only £2.

If you are dissatisfied with your item or believe your item has been lost by Royal Mail please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to resolve matters as best we can.  We will not assist customers who leave negative feedback before contacting us regarding problems.  We are happy to respond to any queries; please do not hesitate to contact us.
