Postal Payment   Please make certain that you give us sufficient information to know who you are, and what you have won. State clearly your ebay user ID, name, address and what you have won. You would be surprised how many cheques we get through the post with no other information, and it is virtually impossible to find details to post the goods. All payments should be made promptly please, and received after no longer than UK 7days, overseas 10 days. Please do not hold back payment for multiple auctions without asking us first 

If I have not heard from you within 30 days of the finished auction it will make our contract null and void and I will relist the item

POSTAGE -  Please allow up to 14 days for delivery within the UK as I mainly post on a saturday and parcel post takes an average of three days. I will endevour to get your item in the post as soon as I have received payment but this will not always be humanly possible due to family commitments

WE ALWAYS CHARGE FOR RECORDED DELIVERY  UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED SINCE IT IS MUCH EASIER TO TRACK IF ITEM GO ASTRAY

DAMAGES AND LOST ITEMS -  If any of the items you receive from me are damaged in the post, please be sure to KEEP all of the packaging and contents as this will be needed to validate any claims with the post office

If an item appears to be damaged upon receipt and it has been sent via courier, either check the contents of the package before signing, or sign the delivery note but ensure that you clearly write "LOOKS DAMAGED - CONTENTS UNCHECKED" on the same form. I can then take this up with the courier company.

REFUNDS  -  items are always sold in good condition unless otherwise stated.  All 'seconds' will be sold as such and I will decribe as best I can the condition or reason, however, all items are sold as as-is. If you require more information on an item please ask BEFORE the auction ends!

If an item which is sold as new then proves to be faulty or damaged in any way, the buyer MUST notify me within 7 days of the date of posting - I will gladly refund on faulty items providing they are returned to me.

Tips:
Bust : Measure around the fullest part.
Waist : Measure around your natural waistline.
Hips : Measure the widest part.
Coat length : Measure from the back of the neck.
Dress length : Measure from centre of shoulder.
Skirt length : Measure from natural waistline to the required length.
Trouser length : Measure the inside leg from crotch to the required length.

Get the right Bra Size:

1.  Measure round your body immediately below your bust.

2.  Measure around your bust at the fullest part.

3.  Check the chart to see your size.
