There is a 14 calendar day return policy on all items purchased from the "Buy it Now" listing, (from date of purchase under the distant selling regulations 2000) items must be returned (at buyers cost and by signed delivery) in an unused/unopened condition and with original packaging stating exactly the reason for return. Refunds will be issued in the payment method it was purchased after the item has been returned and fully inspected. Please allow 7 working days for refund

Auction only items: there is no refund offered for auction only items.

Manufacturers Warranty
For all electrical/nursery/prams/pushchairs and other goods and baby goods your will need to contact the manufacturers service centre, agent or distributor for any items covered by the manufacturers warranty and/or statutory warranty. BWG do not cover any goods or items for any warranty repair/refund or service what so ever.

Graded Items
All electrical/mechanical products “classed as graded” are with a 2 month return to base warranty. See the terms and conditions section for more details. Warranty covers electrical and mechanical failure only due to manufacturers defect. Faulty items may be returned within the warranty period for repair only. If we are unable to repair the item, then we may replace it with the same, or a similar model. Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning any item. If an item is returned that is not faulty then the customer will be liable for redelivery charges. Goods will be held for 30 days after which they will be disposed of, and you will receive no compensation. Goods that have been damaged due to misuse and lack of maintenance will be liable for a repair charge and a cost of returning the item.
