  The magic begins when you enter this beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa completed in 2006. The villa benifits from large heated south facing pool and jacuzzi, 2 luxury master bedrooms with queenbeds and en-suites, Games room, free local and international calling, 15MB highspeed internet access and stunning 50" plasma TV with DVD DVR cable,and ipod station. The difficulty will be leaving the villa to visit the many excellent attractions Orlando has to offer.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms have air conditioning and heating to make you stay comfortable all year round, the pool has a safety fence and doors are alarmed for safety of our younger guests also stairgate ,highchair and cot available. There is a safe for your valuables and the house if fully alarmed to a central station. We will also supply you with a free use of a Tom Tom Satellite Navigation unit, this will take you from the airport directly to the Villa and help you find the best of Orlando without the chance of getting lost. and our management team will look after all you needs 24hrs aday 7 days a week if you require any help or have any problems.

Bedrooms:	Master Bedroom 1 Queenbed ensuite LCD TV, telephone. Master Bedroom 2 Queenbed ensuite TV, DVD, playstation 2, telephone. Bedroom 3 twinbeds,Playstation 2, 15MB broadband internet access. Bedroom 4 twinbeds TV. Bedroom 5 twinbeds, hifi.
Bathrooms:	En-suite to Master 1, bath, shower, twin sinks and walk in closet and safe. En suite to Master 2, bath, shower, twin sinks and walk in closet. Family bathroom sink, shower and access to pool.
Kitchen:	Large fully equipped kitchen with cooker, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast table 4 chairs and breakfast bar with 2 chairs and all the usual appliances.
Utility Room:	Equipment includes, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms:	To the rear, a spacious living room with 50" plasma TV, Home theatre, DVD, DVR to record or pause live cable TV. ipod Station, Leather sofas and views to pool. To the front a second formal sitting room with midi hifi and sofas, with access to formal dining room which will seat 8.
Other:	Leading out to the pool area with large decking, 30ft x 15ft heated pool and jacuzzi, patio furniture, 4 sunloungers and gas barbacue with cieling fans. Also games room with pool table, football table and more.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:   Prices Currency Conversion Pool heat is at extra cost if required at £75 per week. Changeover day Changeover day is flexible, please contact me with your requirements.	The villa will be cleaned and beds made prior to your arrival, all towels are included with the exception of beach towels. Outside The Villa is set of a larger than avarage plot ,with gardens to the front and to the rear a large 30ft X 15ft heated pool with spa spaciouse decking, ceiling fans patio furniture, loungers and gas barbeque coverd via large lani and good space between villas for privacy. Coast/Beach Orlando is central for either the gulf coast to the west, with Clearwater and its spectacular beaches and many beaches around Tampa only 1 hours drive. To the east is the excellent Cocoa Beach and space coast only 40 mins away, where if you are lucky you may see one of the lanches from nearby Cape Kennedy Space Centre. And don't forget with the free use of the Tom Tom sat nav unit you won't get lost. Golf You will be only 5 mins away from the famous Champions Gate golf course and the new and exclusive championship golf courses of Reunion. Travel Ideal for Orlando international airport approx 40 mins away or Sanford approx 1hrs drive. Car hire is essential. Distances Disneys Magic Kingdom / Epcot / MGM / Animal Kingdom 10 mins. Universal Studios 25 mins. Sea World 25 mins. Water parks 15 mins. Busch Gardens 45 mins. Kennedy Space Centre 45 mins. Gulf coast 1 hour. Further details There is a huge Walmart only 5 min drive with many more shops and restaurants 2 min drive, 5 mins to Interstate 4.

Booking notes
Deposit of £150 is due at the time of booking, this is used as a bond and is refunded on return of keys and confirmation of no excessive cleaning or damage (usually within 14 days of your return). The balance is due 8 weeks before your departure. If you would like to take advantage of the Free Tom Tom satellite navigation unit you will need to confirm on booking, and there is a refundable £50 deposit on return of unit in undamaged working order.

just arrived back today from a fabulous holiday in your amazing house. the six of us (me, my husband, our 2 children and my parents) had the time of our lives.
every single thing about the house was perfect, we couldn't have asked for more.
we've come back down to earth with a bump now, arriving back to cold rainy england!

Hello Neil and Lisa - We have just arrived home today and I wanted to e-mail you just to say thank you for renting us the villa - it was wonderful - in fact it was perfect. Everything was in excellent clean order and the management company very efficient. We were so impressed that I am trying to persuade some family members to come out with us next January if you are still renting it then. I have to say if it was my house I would not want anybody else in it but am really glad you did not think like this or we would not have had the opportunity to have visited it. The Tom Tom was a god send as we can get lost going to the supermarket!

Hi Lisa, Just to let you know what a wonderful time we had in Orlando. Weather was excellent, Villa was excellent, spacious, lovely furnishings and the pool was brilliant, couldn't have wanted for any better surroundings. Thank you the villa surpassed our expectations with everything so well placed, clean and fresh, we have holidayed in America for the last 15 years and this is the best villa we have had, it was a pleasure to return on an evening and relax in front of the tv and around the pool, It was so inviting we did not leave the villa some days from early evening. Anyone looking for a quite area with first class accomodation cannot fail to be impressed. I shall certainly use the villa again and recommend it to my friends.
