Airport transfers – Geneva 1h45m/Sion 20 mins These are included in the catered price for four or more people for a week or more booking. Sunday pm collection – Sunday lunchtime/pm flight departures (not early morning just in case we have to wait for the snow plough!!), please contact us before you book your flights so we can co-ordinate timings. We drop the previous week’s guests for departure and collect the forth coming week’s guests in one trip. Trips outside of these times may have a separate charge. We have 6/7 seat 4x4 Landcruiser with a small luggage trailer, we can take skis/boards etc but please don’t pack the kitchen sink!!. We have one baby seat (up to 18 months) and one seat belt adjuster for toddlers/small children. If you require more than one transfer there will be an extra charge of 450chf each way. It is possible to get the train from Geneva airport to Sion, this goes about every 30mins, and we can pick you up from the station at Sion.

Driving: Please ensure you have snow chains as it is a legal requirement in the mountains, along with all the other safety equipment you need to drive in Europe. You will need to be very specific when booking a hire car that it has chains, you may also wish to have a ski rack on the roof as it makes it loads easier getting around with all your kit Ski/Equipment Hire

Nigel will take you to hire equipment at Theytaz sports in Les Collons where we have arranged 10% discount, there is no need to pre book equipment apart from maybe the main weeks, i.e. Christmas, New Year and half term. There are no kitchen facilities available for use buy guests in the winter months – There is a microwave and kettle for drinks and baby food No outside shoes are allowed in the chalet, please bring slippers Children’s Food - If you require separate meals for children in the evening please ask us for details – there will be an extra charge

Catering

Will prepare home cooked meals for six days of the week. On our day off we will prepare a continental-style breakfast with hot option and afternoon tea with homemade cake, that evening you can eat out in one of the local restaurants which we can organise for you.

Breakfast available 8am - Cereals, bread, and pastries with preserves, yoghurt, fresh fruit and juice. Unlimited tea and coffee with a hot dish of the day, which will include eggs, porridge, American style pancakes, bacon sandwich and more.

Afternoon Tea 4.30 - 5.00pm - Home made cake and tea and coffee

Dinner 7.00 - 8.00pm we can be flexible so do ask Home cooked three course dinner with pre dinner drink of wine and digestive. Drinks – You may help yourself to water, squash, tea and coffee at anytime, we also have a well stocked honesty bar Games, CD’s and DVD’s

No smoking – You can smoke outside on the balcony and No pets
