We are proud to offer our gorgeous studio apartment for holiday rental.
Located in the popular and upmarket resort of Matagorda, Lanzarote, the apartment is situated on the prestigious Matagorda Bay complex which has recently undergone a complete 2 million euro renovation.
The apartment boasts a private west facing terrace with glorious sea and mountain views, and with the additional benefit of a pull out sun awning, providing welcome shade on a hot afternoon.
There is an LCD television with a wide range of FREE English Language channels including BBC, ITV, RTE & Sky news, DVD player with card reader for displaying your holiday photographs along with a selection of movies for your enjoyment, FREE wireless broadband internet access (simply bring your wireless enabled laptop), PS2 with a selection of games, fitted kitchen and luxury bathroom with walk in shower.

It can accomodate 2 adults and 2 children, with the bedroom area featuring screened twin beds with a full width curtain offering total privacy, while the lounge area has a high quality sofa which easily converts into seperate twin beds.
The apartment is fully double glazed.
The stunning complex features a grand reception area, large swimming pool, seperate childrens pool, extensive sunbathing terraces with showers and sea views, beautiful gardens, sunset terrace with orange tree, pool table and laundry.
Our guests are also able to use the extensive facilities of the adjacent Sol Morromar hotel including supermarket, bar and restaurant.
Complex gardens
Perfectly situated, the beach and commercial centre of Matagorda, with its wide range of restaurants and bars, is less than a ten minute stroll away, while the bustling resort of Puerto del Carmen is just a mile or so away and is easily accessible by bus (the stop is next to the complex), taxi, or on foot along the scenic pedestrianised coastal path.
Transfer from Lanzarote’s Arrecife airport is just 5 minutes.

We sincerley hope that you enjoy your stay with us.
For your own comfort and safety, along with that of other residents and future guests, we respectfully ask that the following points are observed.
The apartment is STRICTLY non smoking, although guests are welcome to smoke on the apartment terrace.
We regret that no Stag or Hen parties can be accomodated.
Each party must have a least one guest aged 21 or over at the time of arrival.
Matagorda Bay is a family holiday complex and all guests are respectfully requested to refrain from behaviour which may cause offence to fellow visitors. Guests continually causing disruption may be requested to leave by the complex management.
Children are welcome and cots can be arranged for a small extra charge.
We regret that no pets are permitted.
The apartment is available after 2pm on the day of arrival, with vacation no later than 10.30am on the day of departure.
If you require late departure, we will do our best to help at no additional cost, but due to the possibility of arriving guests, no confirmation of late departure availability can be given until the day before your departure.
Please be aware that to comply with the latest Spanish safety regulations, the swimming pool is 5 feet deep and is therefore NOT deep enough for diving.
