Due to the contents of this basket, the weight is very high and the postage is therefore expensive. The basket can be collected if preferred or it wiil be posted insured delivery in a secure cardboard box to reach you in perfect condition.

Payment

We would appreciate payment within 3 days after the closed listing. We prefer Paypal but will also accept cheques and postal orders. E-Cheques work the same as paper cheques and if this method is used, it will take approximately 10 days for your payment to be processed.

Shipping

We dispatch every day except Sunday & Bank Holidays. If your item is paid for by 3pm (10am Saturday's), it will get posted that day. Our Postage & Packing charges are very fair and do include packing materials...we do not profit at all on the cost of P&P. We pack our items securely in mailing/jiffy bags to ensure you receive them in perfect condition. If your item is not a signed for packet, we always get a proof of posting certificate. We offer postage discount on more than 1 item purchased on the same day, usually half of the cost of just sending 1. For exact costing, please email for details.

Return policy

Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt provided they are received as they were sent with all the original labels and packaging and in an unworn/unused condition. Postage charges are a direct cost and as such, will not be refunded. Refund will be processed only on the receipt of goods, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the goods are returned by trackable means, I will not be responsible for goods returned that are subsequently lost. Please be aware that I will always open a transaction cancellation to re-claim my final value fees.
