Welcome to our listing to stay in our holiday home in the Algarve 5km west of Albufeira.

The villa is located near a village called Vale de Parra approximately 1km back from the sea and beaches.

This villa has just undergone 5 years of upgrading, costing £40,000, which includes a new swimming pool and filter system, fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning in all major rooms which cool as well as heat, high walls and gates around the front of the villa, on-suite bathrooms x 3, 80% of the furniture and beds replaced, custom glass block bar and beer chillier, Satellite system for UK TV and Radio. 

This large 4 bedroom luxury villa, boasts the following accommodation.

Lounge is simply massive at over 800 sq feet, it has sofas for 14 people, custom built bar with large beer chillier, satellite TV and radio, DVD player, open log fire, 2 very large air con units that also heat as well as cooling, Patio doors leading the terrace and rear garden, marble spiral staircase leading to a gallery from which the upstairs bedrooms are accessed. Dinning room is through the arch and has plenty of space for those special occasions.

The kitchen was completely re-fitted and now boasts all new tiling, with wood faced cupboards and marble worktops with a large fridge and table and chairs.

The downstairs twin bedroom which is air-conditioned and has an on suite bathroom with shower with a window view over the front garden.

The upstairs bedrooms are the master double with air con, satellite TV and on suite bathroom with shower and balcony overlooking the pool and rear garden. The front bedroom has twin beds and on suite bathroom with shower along with air con and balcony overlooking the front garden and views across the countryside. The rear bedroom has a double and single bed and air con along with an on suite bathroom with bath and shower and a window view over the rear garden and pool.

The rear garden has the pool with roman steps at one end, brick built BBQ and bread oven in the outbuilding at the end of the garden. a good selection of sun beds and chairs. The property also has a covered terrace with two tables and chairs for those long warm evenings for you to eat and relax on.

There is a carport on the side of the villa and the front garden has many flowers and 3 large palm trees in it, the front walls have been raised and tall lockable gates fitted to ensure your privacy whist staying at Villa Fatima.

There is a twice weekly maid service usaually Saturday before you arrive and Wensdays, this can be upgraded to daily execpt Sundays.

As you can see this is not a tried rental villa but a our luxury holiday villa that we can offer to you for a holiday to remember for all the right reasons, we also have the added benefit of a local English speaking agent that is only 1/2 km away that will look after you while staying at the villa and can arrange trips out, golf, taxis, car hire etc and will sort out any problems you may have.

 FARO airport is the nearest and is served by many airlines

We have only been letting the villa for 5 years but have had a 55% rebooking rate, so why not come and see why people keep coming back.

All bookings have a £200 returnable security deposit requirement, which is in addition to the rental costs
