Product
The Zero G is a temperature sensitive, pressure relieving mattress that moulds itself to the contours of your body. The Zero G gives you unparalleled support and comfort meaning a restful and more comfortable sleep.
Zero G material has been designed with billions of spherical shaped open cells. The cells are designed to respond to body temperature and weight. They shift and reorganise so that the contours of your body are supported. Not only are the cells temperature sensitive but because of their open cell structure they allow air to circulate through the material, keeping you cooler than a regular mattress.

Mattress Size - UK Standard Double - 4ft6" x 6ft3" x 9" (135cm x 190cm x 23cm)
Layer 1 - 9cm of Visco-Elastic Memory Foam Material - This is the core element of the mattress. This layer has been constructed from 65kgm3 Density Visco-Elastic foam.
Layer 2 - 14cm PU Foam - This is the back bone of the mattress that provides support to Layer 1.
Layer 3 - Inner 100% Polyester Cover. This is a removable polyester cover that has been designed to protect the Inner 2 Layers.
Layer 4 - 330gsm Deluxe Velour Cover - This is a removable and washable cotton cover that not only protects the mattress but is also designed to give the mattress a lavish feeling.
Safety Standards
Both the Zero G mattress and pillow pass BS5852 and BS7177 flame retardant standards as well as being treated with Ultra Fresh.
Ultra-fresh
Laboratory tests show that foams, fibres and fabrics treated with Ultra-Fresh at the manufacturing stage provide effective control of house dust mites as well as controlling the growth of bacteria, moulds, mildew and fungi - important triggers for allergenic and asthmatic responses, particularly in children.
Ultra-Fresh is a proven anti-microbial compound that has passed the most stringent international testing procedures for efficacy and safety.
Products treated with Ultra-Fresh also:
- have lasting hygienic freshness;
- resist deterioration, discolouration and degradation caused by fungi and bacteria;
