Damage in transit claims can only be made if; 1) the delivery note has been signed "DAMAGED" next to your signature, 2) We have been informed of the damage within 24 hours of the delivery.

Unfortunately there are no exceptions to this as a courier will not process a claim for damage in transit unless the item is signed for as damaged. "Unchecked" is not sufficient.
