Brand new luxury apartment, furnished to a very high standard, fully air-conditioned, with large balcony for sunbathing and dining, with breath taking sea views. The apartment is within walking distance to peyia village, which has excellent facilities, there are a range of supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, taverns, bars, deli, banks, and pharmacy. The complex has a large shared pool with pool bar area, sauna, jacuzzi bath and a small gymnasium. There are showers changing facilities and toilets. The apartment has it's own private undercover parking area and an additional guest parking space. Paphos airport is approximately 30-40 mins drive, and Larnaca airport is approximately 90 mins drive. Coral bay is a 10 min drive away, here you will find sandy beaches, water sports, cafes, restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Paphos town is approximately 20 min drive away with a wide range of entertainment and facilities, including water park, and karting.

Changeover day
We will try to be as flexible as possible to fit in with your travel plans. The apartment will be accessible from 4pm and will need to be vacated before 11am, however this may be flexible dependent on other guest bookings.

 Accommodation

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is situated on the hillside and takes approximately 10-15 mins to walk down hill to the village, it will take longer to walk back up to the apartment. A car is not essential but highly recommended.

Accessibility
The entrance to the apartment is easily accessible for people with mobility problems, however to access facilities around the complex would be difficult due to stairs.

Outside
The apartment has a large balcony with sun loungers, table and chairs, and parasol, you can relax, enjoy a drink while watching the sun set over the sea. There is a large shared pool, with gym, sauna, and jacuzzi bath, toilets, showers and chancing facilities.

Coast/Beach
Coral bay is 10 min drive away, where you will find sandy beaches, water sports, cafes, restaurants and the most beautiful sunsets. A drive to the Akamas Peninnsula is recommended where there are plenty of unspoilt beaches, also the amazing Lara bay, where the turtles come to lay their eggs at night. Just on from Coral bay are the beautiful sea caves. Paphos Harbour is only 20-25 mins drive. Latsi Harbour is a delightful place to visit where you can enjoy a boat trip or hire a boat yourself.

Golf
Peyia is an ideal location for Tsada golf club, Aphrodite Hills & Secret Valley golf club. Tsada golf club is situated near to Tsada village 15 mins drive north of Paphos town. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6060 meters. At an altitude of 550 meters above sea level ensures cool breezes during the summer. The Aphrodite Hills golf course is 20km from Paphos on the road to limassol. The Secret Valley golf club, it is located 18km east of Paphos near Perta Tou Romiou.

Skiing
The Troodos Mountains are 1hr car ride away. The highest peak is mount Olympus at 6154ft. There are four main slopes all with lifts, for beginners and advanced. Skiing lasts from January through to April, and where else can you ski in the morning then swim in the afternoon. In the summer months Troodos allows for relaxing walks and majestic views.

Special interest holidays
Paphos an UNESCO world heritage site, the ancient capital of Cyprus, and former fishing port and is often accredited as the birth place of Aphrodite. The ancient sites and archaeology preserve this noble past and the harbour area builds on this, mixing old and new, to provide a perfect holiday destination in the sun. Cyprus also has some excellent dive sites like the wreck of Zenobia for the keen scuba diver. There are some wonderful churches and monasteries for those who wish view the history and architecture.

Travel
Paphos airport is 30-40 mins away, Larnaca airport is approximately 90 min drive by car. Car hire is highly recommended if you want to get out and about and discover Paphos and its surrounding areas.

Distances
Peyia village centre is a 15-20 min walk, Peyia is regarded as one of the nicest villages in Cyprus with a beautiful church, stone square and ancient ruins. It has a reasonable number of restaurants/taverns as well as take aways. The supermarkets in Peyia stock fresh produce and a great range of products, Phillipos supermarket is excellent and stocks everything from food, beers /wine to power tools and clothes. There are local banks with access to cash machines. Two local pharmacies.

Further details
The local village of Peyia offers more than enough to suit any desire, the Mill pub and Jail pub are ideal watering holes for those summer cocktails and refreshing cold beers. AL Fresco deli is not to be missed with home made delicacies. There are excellent bakeries with mouth watering pastries and daily fresh bread as well as Local butchers, and a fishmonger. There are many excellent restaurants in Coral bay and Paphos, Olivetos is highly recommended for its stone grill dining.

Booking notes
A deposit of £100 is required at time of booking with the final payment 8 weeks prior to departure. Also a £100 breakage deposit is required with the final payment and will be refunded within 7 days of your departure upon final inspection of the apartment. For occupancy over 4 people a supplement charge of £25 per person per week will be charged to cover the extra linen and cleaning costs incurred. (Please note deposits are non refundable.)
