Cash GeneratorLtd is a rapidly growing store chain with in the Uk. We are the premier Buy Sell and Loan Store with in the Uk market place. We buy most of the stock for sale in our business directly from the public, hence the vast vareity of product available for sale at substantially cheaper prices than the normal retail price.  All of our products come with a minimum of 1 months guarantee so buy with confidence!
We won’t always get it right, nobody does! If we do mess up or a product does not meet your expectations then, please give us the opportunity to rectify the problem before you leave bad or poor feedback. Payment

 Payment Information. 


Preferred method of payment is Paypal or Credit or Debit Card, no details are kept on file and the card is processed via a secure card system

We reserve the right to ask for additional information if paying by Debit/Credit card to ensure a secure transaction. This may include being asked for a copy of photographic Id and a utility as proof of address.


All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT

If you wish to pay by credit card please send us a message via the ebay messaging system with your name and telephone number and someone will call you to take the payment.  Please note this will be Mon-Fri between 8:30 and 5:30.

If for any reason you do not complete checkout we will not get your order. This means that your item will take considerably longer to arrive.


Payment would be prefered within 48 hours but we know this is not all ways possible so we give 7 days before any action is taken. If you do have a problem with payment please contact us via the ebay messaging system.

We aim to dispatch goods on the day of payment up to 11 a.m Monday to Friday. Payments made after this period we will aim to send your item the next working day. During busy periods this is not allways possible but all our items are sent within 48 hours of cleared payment

Payments made Friday after 11 a.m and over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. 

We use Parcel Force on a 48hr Tracked delivery. Please note parcelforce state that delivery on 48 hour service can take 1-3 working days

We only deliver to UK post codes 

If you require tracking details please contact us via the ebay messaging system.

Collection 

Collections are available on all items but you must inform us of a date and time for collection, we are not responsible if you arrive unanounced and your item is not ready or we are closed

Collections can be made through out the week, however we would ask you to arrange a convenient time via email so your item will be picked, packed and ready for despatch, which will mean you will not be kept waiting.  We are closed over the weekend.  Once again please direct any querries through the eBay Messages system.

We are also closed all Bank holidays If you have won multiple items and wish to collect all at once please let us know prior to collecting.

Boxed / Graded 
Some of the items we sell are classed as graded product. Graded products are products that have been checked over and been put back to as near as new condition as possible. We buy these items from manufacturer and other traders with guarantees that we offer to yourselves. So buy with confidence as these products come with a minimum of 1 months guarantee. In a lot of cases the guarantee will be substantially longer than 1 month please check the product listing for specific details! Please note that for the first 7 days Cash Generator Ltd will arrange a pickup of any faulty items free of charge, after this period it will be the responsibility of the customer to return goods to Cash Generator in the original or adequate packaging.  Your faulty item will then be tested, repaired or replaced and returned to you as fast as possible to avoid any further inconvenience.

Exchange Returns

Due to the fact that these products are not sold as new they do not carry a manufacturers warranty.

However, every item we do sell we cover with our own minimum 30 day warranty. If you find any fault with any product within this 30 day period it must be reported to us immediately and prepared for return in its original packaging if possible. 

Customers should enclose their details and a brief outline of the fault. Once received an exchange or refund will be given depending on what has been requested.

Please note if your item is faulty within the first seven days of delivery and the fault cannot be resolved via email, we will arrange for a collection to be made at your current address. After the first 7 days it is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item at there cost. We do offer a collection service at the cost of £8.

It is very important that your item is sent back with your eBay ID, Transaction Number and a brief description of the fault. Items arriving back at the warehouse without this information will be extremely difficult to trace and could be lost hence holding up the remedy process.
